This is a Car Carrier Approach Plate Kit from Miller Industries. It comes with
four plates, and all of the hardware to attach. This hardware includes bolts,
nuts and washers. The kit is used on aluminum or steel car carriers and it
makes it easier to replace worn or broken chain tie downs.
