Will my customer account number change?

We will do our best to maintain your existing account number, but it may change. We will provide you with a new account number if necessary.
Will the terms and conditions on my account change?

No. The account terms from your Zip's or AW Direct account will still apply. For Net 30 accounts, a 1.5% service fee will apply for balances past 30 days.
Will I still get my AAA discount?

Yes, AAA customers are eligible for free shipping as well as a discount on accessories and truck parts. Watch for additional details in your inbox soon.
How do I see my AAA discount on the website?

To see your special pricing online, you must be logged in to your account. If you do not have a website account, please register here https://zips.com/aaa-login or Call 800-222-6047 if you have a question or need us to look up your ID.

How to I pay or obtain an invoice for my previous orders?

If your order was placed before 8/17/18, you can do one of the following: Email asbcredit@ariens.com, call 844-366-6552 or fax 800-270-3975 to get a copy of your invoice. If your order was placed after 8/17/18, please call us at 800-243-3194 or 800-222-6047.
Can I re-order my custom service invoices?

Please contact customer service at 800-243-3194 or 800-222-6047 to re-order past invoices or place new orders.

What happened to items I had in my shopping cart at awdirect.com?
