This painted steel L-Arm bracket from Miller Industries bolts on the rear frame
of Century and Champion Series 10 car carriers and works in tandem with the 2"
x 3" pivot-style L-Arm storage tube. The bracket includes a thumbscrew and
welded mounting plate. An L-Arm is also known as a tire restraint, wheel
retainer or tire scoop.
