This Keyhole Plate from Miller Industries has a Banjo Eye that will accept 3/8" chain. This keyhole plate is perfect if you need to add a tie-down or replace an existing tie-down. This keyhole plate can be bolted or welded into place. This plate is 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" x 5/16" thick steel that will accept 3/8" chain.
