This kit fits 3-1/2 square crossbars and includes black painted steel crosstubes and alloy L-Arms for each side. The swivel arm is held in place with a removeable pin, and each L-Arm is secured with a separate underneath pin and spring plunger. Also known as a tire restraint or wheel retainer, this L-Arm with a scoop-style tire pan offers a 4,000-lb. weight rating as a pair.
