He prides himself in spending time face-to-face with his customer base, learning about their individual operations and future plans and goals. It is important to him that the professional towers that work with him understand, and believe that he is there for them before, during and after the sale. He also takes time to look for and educate his customers on any changes in the industry and new products that can help them add value to their business profile.
