After three years in the shop, Lon Schlader moved into sales for Zip’s where he has been for 36 years. He serves the Illinois and northeast Iowa market. When building a truck, he pays attention to his customers’ needs and offers suggestions that they may not be aware of. His goal is to be very detailed and to assure the customer that Zip’s is the right choice for the job. Even after the sale is over, he is always sure to follow up as he wants his customers to know that he and Zip’s are there for them.
