EZ Claw Hydraulic Line Saver with Universal Mounting Bracket

Encased in a durable plastic housing, the retractable tensioner is mounted to the back of the semi cab with an engineered EZ Claw bracket. The cable end is attached to the tractor's hose assembly with a sling and snap clip. Keeping hoses and lines six inches off the catwalk, the tensioner swivels on the bracket. The system allows for 84 inches of overall line travel, more than enough to accommodate any 90-degree maneuver.

Each tensioner features an internal recoil mechanism. As the semi completes a turn or backs into a dock, the tensioner takes up the slack, similar to the recoil on any small engine. The listed weight rating is how much the cable can support. A 40 lb. tensioner is recommended to handle hydraulic hoses. The cable is made from aircraft-grade, stainless steel and will not rust and break like a typical factory-installed spring sliding on a cab's towel bar.

This part just covers the tensioner. Choose from righthand or left hand orientation. Mounting bracket, sling and spring clip sold separately. Mounting brackets are available for specific tractor manufacturers. With the correct bracket, this tensioner can also be installed on a headache rack, yard truck or center post.
