EZ Claw Pivoting Center Post Mount Line Saver Kit

The Pivoting Center Post Mount Kit for the EZ Claw hose management system is a frame-mounted solution for suspending brake, electric and hydraulic hoses in a central location behind the truck cab. The two-piece post stands three or six feet above the frame and suspends lines a minimum 6 inches off the catwalk. This unit features a pivoting head unit that greatly reduces hose failure due to unsupported movements and/or chafing of the lines.

This set-up is typically used on tractors with hydraulic wet kits and longer wheel bases. Each 36 inch tall post section bolts together, and the base is bolted around the frame rail of the tractor cab. No drilling required. Once installed, the assembly can support up 160 lbs. of hoses and cables and accommodates up to four EZ Claw tensioners.

Depending on the kit selected, the Pivoting Center Post Mount Kit includes one 25 lb. tensioner to support the brake and electrical cord and another 40 lb. tensioner to support two 2 hydraulic hoses. Kits also include two slings to attach each hydraulic hose to the tensioner. For the air lines and electrical cords, you can choose between a third sling or a hose and cable block. The adjustable sling works best with wrapped assemblies, and the hose and cable block is ideal for individual lines.

Like all EZ Claw brackets, the SCPM components are laser-cut and CNC-bent for precise fit and installation. Parts are zinc-plated and then powder-coated to resists rust and ensures longevity. Mounting hardware and installation instructions are included.

EZC-10077 - 3-in-1 Wrapped + Hydraulic
Includes a 3-in-1 wrapped air and electrical line (service, emergency, and ABS) plus hydraulic line savers. Ideal if you use a bundled, wrapped airline assembly for easy handling and protection.

EZC-10078 - 3-in-1 Non-Wrapped + Hydraulic
Same 3-in-1 functionality (service, emergency, and ABS) as above but uses non-wrapped lines. Choose this if your setup does not use a spiral wrap around your airline bundle.

EZC-10079 - Hydraulic Only
Designed for setups that do not require brake and electric line support. This kit includes only the hydraulic line saver unit, making it perfect for hydraulic-only applications.

EZC-10080 - 4-in-1 Wrapped + Hydraulic
Adds a fourth line for systems that require two electrical lines in a wrapped configuration (service, emergency, ABS, and auxiliary power). Includes hydraulic line savers. Ideal for more complex or newer trailer setups.
