This locking pin from Miller Industries fits the pivot-style L-Arm receiver bracket on Vulcan 896 and 897 light-duty wrecker wheel grids. This pin keeps from the L-Arm bracket from pivoting on the crosstube. An L-Arm is also known as a scoop, wheel retainer and tire restraint.
