The Cone Commander measures 8.25" on the outside and 4" on the inside with spring tabs to keep it tight to the cone. Supported by a back-up solar panel, the rechargeable LEDs offer continuous flashing for up to 20 hours, and the overall lifespan of each light is a minimum 50,000 hours.

Each light offers five single-color settings: red, green, amber, blue and white. Four dual-color settings are also available: amber/green, amber/white, amber/blue and red/blue.
