PAC Handlelok provides an adjustable positive locking method to secure axes, hammers, bars and many other tools and equipment. The STRETCHLOK strap allows instant release. The Handlelok is a adjustable mounting bracket that provides secure mounting for tools, handles, poles, brooms, shovels and other equipment. Grip range from 1/8" to 1-3/4".
