This is strip lighting from US Motorworks LLC.

4-function strip in red - running lights, brake light, left turn and right turn signals
5-function strip with three colors - red running lights, brake lights, amber left and right turn signals and white back-up lights
Easy installation - four-prong flat connector plugs into factory hitch or hard-wires into you truck's electrical system Mounts with 3MT self-sticking tape (included). Mount under a pickup tailgate, on a headache rack or anywhere you want to add extra stop/tail/turn light visibility.

Expedited orders must be placed by 12 p.m. CST. Items under 110 lbs ship via standard parcel (UPS Ground). Items 110–150 lbs may ship via ground or truck freight depending on size and destination.
Larger or heavier items ship via truck freight, which may require additional delivery time.
