Description

Vehicles at an accident scene rarely stay within their lanes. Be prepared for a multi-lane spill cleanup with a box of 10' absorbent socks from SpillTech. Sold in packages of four, these netted boom socks absorb both petroleum- and water-based fluids and can be daisy-chained together to cover a wide area. Each sock measures 5" in diameter and can absorb up to 5.8 gallons. The gray color means it can be used to clean up a variety of materials; and once the fluids are soaked up, the sock will not shed, even when fully saturated. These fast-acting booms can also be used in industrial settings. The flexible material can conform to any shape and will help control spills of any volume. If the spill is getting out of control, connect several together to stay ahead of the situation.
