The Beartrap work light from Streamlight is a stand-alone lighthead offering both spot and flood lighting options, giving you the flexibility to choose the perfect setup for any task at hand. Each light setting offers three output modes. On high, the flood beam fills your work area with 2,000 lumens of evenly dispersed light, while the spot setting provides a concentrated beam of 1,000 lumens.

Allowing you to illuminate hard-to-reach spaces with its cool white LEDs, the rechargeable Beartrap light flips up from its base and holds its position to create the proper lighting angle. Besides rotating up to 270 degrees, this light offers three additional hands-free options, including a spring-loaded clamp, powerful base magnet or stowable hook.

Less than eight inches long, this multi-function light is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The push-button switch includes a battery-life indicator, which turns red when the battery needs to be recharged. Recharging takes 5.5 hours, and the light can be used while plugged in. The switch is also recessed to prevent accidental actuation.

The light’s durable case is made from hard thermoplastic and has been impact tested with a one-meter drop. The chemical-resistant lens can withstand most common automotive chemicals, and the rubberized grip surface is designed to prevent scratches. This gasket-sealed shell is also IPX4 tested for water resistance for years of reliable use and operation.
