Heavy Duty Vernier Cable Throttle Control. 4100 Series throttle cables are an inexpensive cable that is easily adjustable and can be locked in place to hold engine at the desired rpm's. Because of the weather proof construction these cables can be mounted almost anywhere on your vehicle.
