Using it couldn’t be easier. Turn your truck to run/accessory mode, plug the Titan Tech into the OBD-II port, wait for the green light or horn beep, and unplug it. Your truck now recognizes the true capacity of your Titan tank.

The Titan Tech is made specifically for Titan Tanks and won’t work with other aftermarket fuel tanks. It works on 99.9% of trucks when used with the correct application, and if you run into an issue, Titan’s support team is ready to help. (A small number of vehicles may have tuning differences that prevent compatibility.)

Each Titan Tech is vin locked to one vehicle. We suggest leaving it in your glove box after the first use. If your truck gets an automatic update or a dealer service that resets the computer, just plug Titan Tech back in to restore your settings.

Please note: On some 2025 and 2026 model year trucks, the distance-to-empty (DTE) or range display may not immediately reflect the updated fuel capacity after programming. In these cases, a full tank of fuel may need to be run through the vehicle before the system fully recalibrates and displays accurate range information.
