Description

This welded steel fifth wheel plate attachment works with Zip's HD Underreach Towing Adapter and allows heavy-duty wreckers to tow semi trailers, campers and other trailers fitted with a kingpin. Easily installed without tools, the 12-ton weldment attaches to the HD adapter with a 2" locking pin, and 1-3/8" retaining pin secures the trailer's kingpin to the fifth wheel plate. The attachment is powder-coated safety yellow for easy identification and corrosion resistance, and both pins are zinc-plated for further longevity. The versatility of the adapter allows the wrecker to handle more calls, increasing the return on investment and reducing the amount of time on scene.
