This zinc-plated mild steel L-Arm from Miller Industries fits the Vulcan 10 Series car carriers and 800 Series light-duty wheel lifts with option of driver or passenger side fit. Sometimes called a tire restraint or wheel retainer, the 2 x 2.5 tube is designed to work with the driver side outer crosstube 8800900. This strapless system offers a Working Load Limit of 4,000 lbs. This scoop also features adjustment holes for proper tire fitment and a grated pan for improved grip.

Sometimes called a tire restraint or wheel retainer, the 2 square tube includes a stiffener inside for a total Working Load Limit of 6,000 lbs. This scoop also features adjustment holes for proper tire fitment, and a grated tire pan for improved grip.

Option of driver or passenger side pivot-style L-Arm receiver bracket from Miller Industries attaches to the outer crosstubes on Vulcan 896 and 897 Series light-duty wrecker wheel lift assemblies. Also known as a wheel retainer and tire restraint, the L-Arm slides into the angled opening, and the desired position is secured with the bottom side locking pin. This scoop bracket weldment includes the swivel locking pin and the comfort grip stop pin.

Also known as a tire restraint or wheel retainer, option of driver or passenger side L-Arm fits 2 x 3 outer crosstubes (Part Nos. 12-0904158 and 12-0904189). This zinc-plated L-Arm also features an alignment hole on the underside and includes a ratchet tie-down strap.
