This is a replacement spring pin from Miller Industries.

A ready-to-use cutting oil aerosol that eliminates heat at its source to ensure clean, smooth cuts and prolonged tool life. It is fortified with sulfur and chlorine compounds for extreme pressure applications. It is excellent for general and severe machining operations on hard metals such as stainless steel and carbon steels as well as on soft metals such as aluminum. It is ideal for low-speed operations that require high physical lubricity, including broaching, drilling, lathing, milling, tapping and gear-cutting.

This roll pin can be used to replace taper pins, straight pins, set screws, rivets, dowel pins, hinge pins, cotter pins and stop pins in many applications. It is also called a spring pin.
