The light bar function of your Traffic Commander is made possible by 16 LED
strobe lights located around the perimeter of the frame and two more positioned
on the forward-facing side of the sign. These evenly spaced warning lights
provide additional safety to the operator and can be used when the sign is in
the upright or stowed position. Should one of these surface-mounted lights fail
or get damaged, replacement LED lights are available to ensure your Traffic
Commander is functioning properly and delivering much-needed visibility to your
roadside scene. These six (6) LED modules are available in a clear lens with
four standard diode colors: amber, blue, red and white. Choose your color from

SafeAll Traffic Commander Replacement Display Module Lockdown
These lockdown assemblies secure individual LED bricks to the Traffic Commander
four-panel frame. Each lockdown features a tamper-resistant snake eye
security fastener which requires a spanner bit #14 for removal. Featuring no
loose parts, the lockdown assembly holds each panel firmly in position, and the
spanner fastener discourages theft. A standard screwdriver will not work to
remove a lockdown, giving operators peace of mind their investment is
protected.

SafeAll introduces the innovative Sign Dial, a state-of-the-art solution for effortlessly controlling your Traffic Commander system. This hardwired interface streamlines operation, allowing you to activate and manage your Traffic Commander with just a few simple touches, enhancing both safety and efficiency.
The Sign Dial ensures your Traffic Commander is ready to go within seven seconds of starting your vehicle, immediately alerting oncoming traffic so you can focus on the task at hand. Once activated, you can easily manage the system with intuitive controls. Tap the light icon to power on the lights, then rotate and press the dial to select and display one of your pre-programmed messages. The system automatically raises the message sign to its upright position and begins directing traffic. While it comes equipped with 23 pre-designed messages, additional messages can be uploaded through the app for greater customization.
The Sign Dial also features a Quick Swipe function for ultimate convenience. With a simple finger swipe, you can activate one of three pre-set messages, and a downward swipe quickly clears and stows the message sign.
Designed for flexibility, the Sign Dial can be mounted inside or outside the vehicle, allowing you to place it where it’s most convenient. For added versatility, up to five units can be installed on a single vehicle. The upgrade kit includes all the necessary components for a seamless installation.
