Road Service Body 108

With four more inches of headroom and 24" longer body than the original RSB 84, the RSB 108 model allows for increased overall storage with ample space for larger capacity of oil storage and reclamation plus the convenient location of a 4-in-1 Power Center. Already recognized as the industry standard, there's not a truck body on the market that rivals the custom, specialized capabilities of the Zip's AW Direct RSB.

Driver Side

1. Adjustable Shelving.
This compartment offers the flexibility of adjustable shelves and dividers to suit your needs.

2. Tire service.
The Tire Service Compartment was designed to hold the optional Tire Service Kit, complete with Cheetah Air Bomb/Bead Seater, Sledge & Tire hammer, Bead Breaker Wedge, Tire Iron, Socket Kit, bottle Jack and Air Impact. LED lighting comes standard with additional storage solutions available including shelf or 8-Drawer Tool Cabinet.
3. Flexible storage.
This well-lit storage compartment accommodates adjustable shelves to fit all your hand tools, accessories and other service equipment. Custom shelving and drawer configurations are available as well.

4. Optional fuel transfer.
The optional Fuel Transfer Kit can be housed within this compartment. Kit includes 55-gallon tank, transfer hose, suction hose and in-line fuel meter. Fasten equipment to interior door as well as compartment walls. Zip's AW Direct offers custom storage and organizational accessories to keep your equipment in place.

1. Open Concept.
This compartment can be equipped with shelving or an optional folding entry step providing a safe entry and egress away from the traffic side of the truck.

2. Tool organization.
Keep tools organized with 8-drawer toolbox or customize to your needs.
3. Storage dividers.
Outfit this compartment with adjustable shelving and dividers.

4. Equipment bay.
House the remote control panel for optional 4-in-1 Vanair in this compartment, giving you control of the welder, generator, air compressor and 12/24 volt battery booster charger from street level. Additional room for equipment.

The RSP 108 now offers 6' 6" of interior headroom, plus 2' more floor space. The additional 24" length allows for larger tanks and power centers.

RSB Interior Workspace

The RSB Interior Workspace offers 4' x 9' of walkable, diamond-plate floor area, with over 6' 6" of headroom. The optional Lift gate makes entrance even easier.

Your operators can access the Vanair Unit from the RSB interior and utilize (2) 110" x 20" Aluminum Work Benches. Securely fasten your tires & wheels, barrels or other equipment to the optional Horizontal E-Track System installed throughout the body's interior.
