SMS Terms of Service
Intro: These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern text message communications from Zip's Truck Equipment, Inc. ("Zip's," "we," "us," or "our"), which also does business as Zip's AW Direct, related to customer care and account support. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Zip's, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://zips.com/privacy-policy).
Program description: Zip's may send customer-care and account-support text messages about your inquiries, orders, scheduling, product questions, delivery or pickup coordination, payment links related to an existing conversation, and similar support topics. These messages are conversational / customer-care in nature and are not used as a condition of purchasing goods or services.
How to opt in: You may opt in by (1) visiting https://zips.com/text-support, providing your mobile number, and actively checking the Customer Care SMS consent checkbox; or (2) initiating a text yourself with Zip's published Customer Care SMS number (including 641-394-3166 when that number is used for SMS). Message frequency varies.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your conversations and support needs. You may receive recurring automated and conversational text messages related to customer care.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 800-222-6047 or zips@zips.com.
Supported carriers /availability: SMS service is generally available to US mobile subscribers. Zip's does not guarantee delivery on every carrier or device.
Privacy: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services used to deliver messages. Changes: We may update these SMS Terms from time to time by posting the revised version at this URL. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
