DewEze A Clutch Pump Kit Ford 2011-2024 6.7L for diesel fuel. Dual alternator truck only (Must take second alternator off and get re-programmed at Ford Dealership (Basic Pump Kits Include: pump, idler pulley, clutch, serpentine belt, crankshaft pulley, pump mtg. Bracket's as needed).

NOTE TO INSTALLER Clutches will need a short burnishing period to generate the rated torque. This is a process of cycling the clutch to slightly wear the friction surfaces. This allows full contact and maximum magnetic attraction required for rated torque (or more).

BURNISHING-TO AVOID BURNING OR HEAT DISTORTION, THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE IS RECOMMENDED: After clutch is installed, run at 1000-1200 RPM. Cycle the clutch on/off at the rate of 10 seconds on - 10 seconds off for a minimum of 50-100 cycles.

• 700611-12: 12GPM Side port pump (part number 720294). Ogura 8 groove 6" diameter clutch (part number742009)
• 700611-9HP: Sauer-Danfoss high pressure 10GPM pump (We refer to it as 9GPM) (part number 720297). Warner 8 groove 6" diameter heavy duty clutch (part number 740148)
• 700611-12HP: Sauer-Danfoss high pressure 12GPM pump (part number 720298). Warner 8 groove 6" diameter heavy duty clutch (part number 740148)
