DewEze A Clutch Pump Mt Kit Dodge 2019-2024 Side Port Complete Kit

DewEze Clutch Pump Kit for the 2019-2024 Dodge trucks with a 6.7 liter diesel engine. The pump in this kit is rated for 9, 12, 17, 9HP and 12HP Gallons Per Minute of flow. It is run with a 6"- 8 grove serpentine belt. (Basic Pump Kits Include: pump, idler pulley, clutch, serpentine belt, crankshaft pulley, pump mtg. bracket)

NOTE TO INSTALLER Clutches will need a short burnishing period to generate the rated torque. This is a process of cycling the clutch to slightly wear the friction surfaces. This allows full contact and maximum magnetic attraction required for rated torque (or more).

BURNISHING-TO AVOID BURNING OR HEAT DISTORTION, THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE IS RECOMMENDED: After clutch is installed, run at 1000-1200 RPM. Cycle the clutch on/off at the rate of 10 seconds on - 10 seconds off for a minimum of 50-100 cycles.

• 700595-17: Side port pump (part number 720295). This has a heavy duty clutch pump Warner 8 groove 6" diameter (part number 740148)
• 700595-9HP: High pressure pump (We refer to it as 9GPM) (part number 720297). This has a heavy duty clutch pump Warner 8 groove 6" diameter (part number 740148)
• 700595-12HP: High pressure pump (part number 720298). This has a heavy duty clutch pump Warner 8 groove 6" diameter (part number 740148)
