Durabilt (DFL) Dura-Fold Series – Forged Folding Handle Ratchet Binder – 7/8" Screw Diameter – Anti-theft – Lockable, Folding Handle Superior Ratchet Binder.

3-position lever selector directs pawl to 3 settings; Extension (out), Take-Up (in), Free-Spin/Fast Operation
Tamper proof "Thru-Bore" handle and pawl locking mechanism (Use long shanked padlock not supplied)
"Get-A-Grip" with vinyl coated barrel
Eyebolt ends are pinned at ends to prevent disconnect
