Description

These Low Profile Fork Holders are designed to fit a 4" x 4" crossbar. They are made from the same special cast alloy material as the other Miller products . This fork holder set includes the right and left hand sides.

Set includes both right and left hand sides
Fits most 4" x 4" crossbars
Offset for low profile
Almost twice as strong as the old style welded assemblies
Over 30% lighter
Made as one piece using a special process in cast alloy steel
Does not include holddown T-bolt
Individual side part numbers: Left (12-0803580), Right (12-0803581)

Expedited orders must be placed by 12 p.m. CST. Items under 110 lbs ship via standard parcel (UPS Ground). Items 110–150 lbs may ship via ground or truck freight depending on size and destination.
Larger or heavier items ship via truck freight, which may require additional delivery time.
