Phoenix D.O.T. Liner Dual Wheel Simulator. For Wheel Sizes 22.5" x 7.5" & 22.5" x 8.25", with 10 Lug Stud Pilot, 285 BC, and 5 Hand Holes. All Necessary Hardware and Tools are Included for Immediate Do-It-Yourself Installation.

Made to fit the larger rims on medium and heavy-duty trucks
