Phoenix D.O.T. Liner Dual Wheel Simulator Set. For Wheel Sizes 22.5" x 7.5" & 22.5" x 8.25", with 10 Lug Hub Pilot, 285 MM BC, and 2 Hand Holes. All Necessary Hardware and Tool are Included for Immediate Do-It-Yourself Installation.

Made to fit the larger rims on medium and heavy-duty trucks
Made from high-quality, polished stainless steel that won't rust
Mounts over-the-lug - no jacking or lug nut removal needed
