Phoenix D.O.T. Liner Dual Wheel Simulator. Fits Wheel Size 16", with 6 Lugs, 6 Hand Holes. All Necessary Hardware and Tool are Included for Immediate Do-It-Yourself Installation. Fits GMC Models 3500 & W4 (1990-2008); Isuzu Model Cabover (1985-2022); UD Model 1400 (1990-2022); Mitsubishi Models FE & FH (1990-2022); and Hino Model Cabover (1985-2022).
