Zip's 3" Ratchet Tie-Down Assembly w/ Chain and Grab Hooks

Zip's Cargo Tie-Down Assembly with Chain and Grab Hooks features double-line webbing to ensure full working load limit (WLL) capacity and dependable ratchet hardware to maintain cargo control.
