Zip's 4" Ratchet Tie-Down Assembly w/ Flat Hooks

Zip's Cargo Tie-Down Assembly with Flat Hooks features double-line webbing to ensure full working load limit (WLL) capacity and dependable ratchet hardware to maintain cargo control.
