Zips Steering Wheel Lock with 2" Cam Buckle and Coated Double J Hook

This Steering Wheel Lock has a 2" Cam Buckle and a Double J Hook. The 2" Cam Buckle is used to tighten or loosen the straps. The Lasso Style end loops around the wheel and the Double J Hook will hook onto the seat frame, or another solid point, for a secure attachment.
