This black painted steel L-Arm bracket from Miller Industries attaches to the drivers side crossbar on Vulcan 860 and 870 light-duty wreckers. Also known as a tire restraint or wheel retainer, a wheel scoop attaches to the wheel lift with this part and is held in place with a lock pin. The pin is not included. Order Part No. 8700109 for the pin. Driver side (8701600) replaces Part No. (8719440). Passenger side (8701500) replaces Part No. (8719340).

This is a Miller Industries Crossbar for Century Model Wreckers. This is a 4" x 4" crossbar. It is part of the Formula III Wheel Lift Assembly.
