This seal kit fits, Century, Holmes, and Champion Wheel-lift In/Out cylinders afer December 2002. It is a universal kit that will fit Texas (marked TH) ot Green manufactures cylinders. Please remember that seal kits may fit different c ylinders of the same diameter. See the chart below for more information. This part can be used to replace Part Numbers: 12-0308388 and 12-0308896.
