Also known as a wheel grid, slide bar, or receiver, this 3.5" Outer Cross Tube Assembly from Miller Industries is a complete right hand assembly. This cross tube is used on the outer cross tube and 3-way pivot tire restraint assembly of Century and Century LCG Carriers, and Vulcan LCG Wreckers.
