It includes everything to assemble the weldment (15-364220), hold downs (15-3615L&R), Roller Wheels (15-36310), mounting brackets (12-0809183), and Fasteners of the bed lock. It is designed for new the Generation II LCG 12 and 16 Series car carriers.
