This is the Wrecker Boom Extend Cylinder for the Vulcan 880 / 890, 806, and 807 light duty wreckers by Miller Industries. This cylinder connects to the inner wrecker boom weldment and the outer wrecker boom weldment. This is the cylinder that controls the how far in and out your boom is extended.
