This Cotter Pin from Miller Industries is used on the Winch Clutch Control of
4-Ton Hydraulic Winches, H-246 and HD-200R.
This winch assembly is used on several Miller Car Carriers, including Century,
Challenger, Champion, Holmes, and Vulcan Carriers. This cotter pin is also used
with the clevis pin to hold the swing l-arm cylinder to the swing l-arm on
Century, Holmes and Vulcan light duty wreckers. See the features below for a
