Also known as a wheel grid, slide bar, or receiver this 3.5" Outer Cross Tube from Miller Industries is a complete Left Hand assembly. This new style "Pivot-L" has a line-up pin and fits 3.5" x 3.5" square tubes. The cross tube fits Century, Champion, and Vulcan Car Carriers. It will accept a left hand L-Arm, 12-0904156.
