This zinc-plated mild steel L-Arm from Miller Industries fits both sides of the wheel lift on Century, Champion, Holmes and Vulcan car carriers. Otherwise known as a tire restraint or wheel retainer, this adjustable L-Arm slides into the outer crosstube for a secure tire rest.
