(1) 12-0400139 : Socket Set Screw, 3/8"-16 x 1-1/2", Black Steel

(2) 12-0400398 : Lock Nut, Nylon Insert, 3/8"-16

(1) 12-0400353 : 3/8 x 1/2 Set Screw w/ Patch

(2) 80013 : Grease Fitting w/ Ball Check, 1/4"-28

(1) 12-0301850 : Miller Wear Pad, 3x3, Century & Vulcan

(1) 12-0303018 : Wheel Lift Outer Tube Slide Pad, 810/Midnight Express

Note: Extend cylinder pins are included with this kit because the original pins are usually damaged when removed.
