This Revolution Boom Head from In The Ditch is a direct replacement for the Holmes 440, SP8000, SP12000 Side Puller, and the Century Midnight Express. The head accepts 3/8" and 7/16" wire rope, and it has a 12,000 lb. rating. The guide cover comes off easily with one hand, which allows the wire rope to be installed with ease.
