This is a 3" left hand Outer Cross Tube from Miller Industries. It features a cam lock to hold the wheel grid onto the crossbar, a cam lock to hold the L-Arm in, and 2 hooks for a ratch & strap style hold-down. This cross tube fits 3" x 3" square crossbars. This cross tube receiver fits Century and Champion 10 Series Car Carriers.

This is a crossbar for a Century Formula I Wheel Lift Assembly. It will fit Formula I Wheel Lifts that were built in 1996 or newer. It uses a WL-300K3 pivot pin kit.
