SafeAll's Proportional Remote Control System allows tow operators to control car carrier or industrial carrier functions with just a twist of the wrist. As the remote is rotated by hand, the selected actuator provides proportional lever action for a precise bed angle, wheel lift placement or desired winch speed. The proportional feature of the SafeAll remote system also provides the operator with the confidence to load or hook up the most luxury vehicles or specialty equipment, limiting the risk of causing damage. The feathered control functionality the SafeAll system provides is also much safer than competitive wireless remote systems, which have very jerky, on-off functionality.

Powered by a 9V battery, this six-function handheld keypad works exclusively with SafeAll's Proportional Remote Control System (Item #: SA-RCS). The push-botton remote includes five standard controls for winch spooling, bed direction and wheel-lift operation. A sixth auxiliary row is available for optional accessories, like wheel-lift jaws or side-puller winches. This patent-pending system works with all types of carrier manufacturers, and the transmitter frequency will not interfere with wireless tow lights.

The Quick Exhaust Valve (QEV) is used on the Valve-Mate II air systems to help release the air actuator faster. This is most commonly used on the "in" function of a remote winch control so the winch stops instantly when the remote button is released.

Complete plug-and-play wireless control system - includes the IP handheld transmitter and the FET receiver, coded together at the factory and ready to wire to your equipment. Operates 6 functions on the Lodar 9 Series.

The 6 Function Lodar IP Wireless System (92206K-8) gives you 6-function wireless control with a 150 ft (45 m) range. DC FET output switching, 10 A per output (15 A system total), 12/24V DC. It includes a master output - an additional output that energizes whenever any function is operated, for equipment that has to run alongside the controls (a hydraulic power unit during a lift, or a beacon while winching).

What does the keypad receiver add?
The keypad receiver lets you operate the 6 functions directly at the receiver with a built-in keypad, as a backup to the wireless handset. Confirm your power supply: this system runs on 12/24V DC. Each FET output is rated to 10 A, with the system rated to 15 A total across all outputs. Run several heavy functions at once and the combined draw can reach that 15 A ceiling, where the overload protection trips to protect the board. Solid-state switching means there are no mechanical relay contacts to wear or arc. It is the current standard across the Lodar line — choose it for functions that draw more than the 5 A per output a mechanical relay handles.
