Zip s Inflatable Air Wedge creates the necessary gap to insert door tools between a vehicle s window and door frame. An internal stiffener keeps the bag rigid, making it easy to slide over tight weather stripping. A small manual pump and push-button release valve allows for one-hand operation.

Zip's Plastic Window Wedge works in tandem with Zip's Inflatable Air Wedge and most door tools. The tapered plastic design maintains the gap created by the air wedge between the window and door frame and clears the way for the insertion of most long-reach door tools.

Prevent the front wheels of a towed vehicle from turning while towing from the rear with this steering wheel lock from Zips. The strap is equipped with two coated claw hooks to latch onto the steering wheel and the brake pedal. A ratchet buckle cinches the two ends tight.

These Axle Forks from Zips have a 2" wide opening. This new design features a shorter and tapered front lead fork to more easily get under a front axle eliminating the need for a double pick. It also has a tighter distance between the forks to grab the axle. The extra width reduces side-to-side movement and will fit most heavy steer axles. These forks are sold as a singles or Set of 2.

The life of a tow truck operator is a tough and dangerous one. Physically demanding, close to high-speed traffic, and never entirely sure what could go wrong. Every tow truck operator deserves as many conveniences as possible. This is why we made the Self-Loading Dolly Mount. This handy tool helps make their day a bit safer, a bit easier, and a bit better.

Able to load and unload dollies quickly and efficiently, you can rely on the Self-Loading Dolly Mount. This shock assisted mount allows the tow truck operator to load dollies from their power zone, the optimal lifting position for users that eliminates back and shoulder strain. Additionally, it eliminates side frame and truck bed damages from impacts with the dollies. To absorb these benefits, operation is a breeze. To pull the mount down, engage the release handle and gently pull back on the dolly. The dolly will float down to the operator with shock assistance. To mount or dismount the dolly, engage the cup latch on the tilt cup. This will open the tilt cup or lock the tilt cup into place. Lastly, pull the release handle and guide the mount back up as the shock assistance takes away all the lifting. For one last securing method, insert the latch pin to prevent the dolly side frame from falling in transit. It's that easy!

Additionally, it also protects tow truck operators and their equipment by preventing them from getting on the bed of the truck, especially trucks with high beds. No need to worry about slipping or falling off, as you can stay in one spot on the ground while it loads. This multi-purpose towing adapter from Zip's provides heavy-duty tow operators the versatility and flexibility to tow a variety of trailers with their underreach. Available in a seven-piece kit, the adapter stores easily and works with four different trailer attachments to pull anything from campers and horse trailers to pup dollies and gooseneck flatbeds. They are designed to fit on Miller units with Miller fork receivers. The max fork receiver depth to put in pin is 3 1/2".

Strong and durable, this welded steel adapter is powder-coated safety yellow for easy identification. To install, insert the two vertical 2" pins on the bottom of the adapter into standard fork receivers on the underlift's crossbar. The main pins are then secured in place with two retaining pins, which include two cable lanyards so they won't get misplaced.

Four attachments for this adapter are available for purchase separately or sold in money-saving kits with the adapter. Bolted on the side or pinned on top, these brackets include a pintle hook with a 2-5/16" gooseneck ball, a fifth wheel plate and a kingpin. Please note when using these attachments, it is important to not exceed the rated towing capacity of your wrecker's underreach and to follow the manufacturer's capacity rating tag. All attachments should be used in combination with tie-down chains for safe and road-worthy travel.

All attachments can be easily stored in a side storage compartment on a wrecker. When installed properly, the attachments sit proud of any obstructions on the adapter and allow for a wide turning radius, which makes for better maneuvers in traffic and around corners.

All steel parts feature a corrosion-resistant finish to extend the life of the adapter. Master Kit
The Master Kit for Zip's HD Underreach Towing System includes the main underlift adapter as well as all four attachments: the gooseneck bracket and 2-5/16" ball, a pintle hook attachment, a kingpin attachment and the fifth-wheel plate adapter. All hardware is also included, such as attachment pins, retaining pins and four bolts.

This kit offers operators everything they need to tow a variety of fifth-wheel and gooseneck trailers - such as campers and livestock trailers. The pintle hook allows a connection to combination dollies from double/triple semi configurations, and the kingpin adapter enables rear picks on bobtail semi tractors when used with fork holders in the recommended position.

Pintle Kit
The Pintle Kit for Zip's HD Underreach Towing System includes the main underlift adapter as well as all as the pintle attachment and four mounting bolts. Bolted to the front of the adapter, this attachment allows heavy-duty tow operators to recover semi trailers with pintle hooks, such as double/triple combinations common to the LTL and foodservice industries. When using the pintle hook attachment, do not exceed the maximum gross trailer weight of 30,000 lbs. or the maximum vertical weight rating of 6,000 lbs.

Kingpin Kit
The Kingpin Kit for Zip's HD Underreach Towing System includes the main underlift adapter as well as all the powder-coated kingpin attachment. Pinned to the top of the adapter, this attachment allows heavy-duty operators to safely tow a bobtail semi from the rear.

To complete the hookup, the towing adapter and fork receivers first need to be rotated a quarter turn on the underreach's crossbar. The kingpin attachment is then inserted between the two supports and held in place with a 2" zinc-plated locking pin.

At this point, the kingpin should be facing the ground. The underreach is then lifted high enough to clear the tractor's frame, allowing the kingpin to slide into the fifth wheel. Prior to towing, the assembly should be secured to the frame with tie-down chains to the crossbar's endcaps with welded grab hooks. The fifth wheel jaws should also be locked around the kingpin attachment.

Fifth Wheel Kit
The Fifth Wheel Kit for Zip's HD Underreach Towing System includes the main underlift adapter as well as the fifth wheel attachment. This powder-coated attachment is pinned to the top of the adapter with a locking pin, and once hooked to the trailer, another 1-3/8" zinc-plated pin holds the kingpin in place.

This attachment works great for pulling campers, flatbeds, livestock and other recreational trailers with kingpins. This adapter can also be used to tow 53' semi trailers, but due to excess weight considerations, the trailer should be empty. Also, due to the 14" diameter of the fifth-wheel plate, please exercise caution when pulling this high-profile unit, especially with strong crosswinds. For comparison, a semi's fifth wheel plate is typically 35" wide.

Gooseneck Kit
The Gooseneck Kit for Zip's HD Underreach Towing System includes the main underlift adapter as well as all the gooseneck bracket and 2-5/16" ball. This powder-coated attachment bolts to the same four holes as the pintle hook attachment and offers a rated towing capacity of 20,000 lbs.

With the Turbo Saver the wind cannot turn the turbo. The Turbo Saver eliminates the need to use duct tape or rags in the exhaust pipe and is reusable. Zip's Custom Broom or Shovel Holders are constructed of Steel and can be painted black or galvanized. These brackets are designed to be installed along side the control compartments of a Miller Industries LCG 12 & 16 Series or 10 Series Car Carriers. They simply bolt to the bottom side of the car carrier sub-frame. A threaded T-handle screws down to hold the broom or shovel securely in place. The 12 & 16 Series custom holder measures 37.5" between the brackets. The 10 Series custom holder measures 33.5" between the brackets. These holders require you to drill through the subframe to install the brackets.

Spacers for use with the Century forks from Miller Industries. This attachment was designed to be used when the front axle you are picking up is narrower than the throat of the fork you are using. Simply slide the adapter over one ear of the fork and you have created 1" narrower opening in your fork without having to carry extra attachments in your tow vehicle. Remember to always use safety chains. Sold as pairs.

This Steering Wheel Lock has a 2" Cam Buckle and a Double J Hook. The 2" Cam Buckle is used to tighten or loosen the straps. The Lasso Style end loops around the wheel and the Double J Hook will hook onto the seat frame, or another solid point, for a secure attachment.

This welded steel fifth wheel plate attachment works with Zip's HD Underreach Towing Adapter and allows heavy-duty wreckers to tow semi trailers, campers and other trailers fitted with a kingpin. Easily installed without tools, the 12-ton weldment attaches to the HD adapter with a 2" locking pin, and 1-3/8" retaining pin secures the trailer's kingpin to the fifth wheel plate. These are a right and left wheel grid storage bracket that mounts to the tailboard of a Vulcan V24 wrecker.

There is a 4-1/2" wide opening at the top of the fork and the shaft has a diameter or 2". There is a 9" clearance between the fork holder and the bottom of the fork cutout. Zip's receivers feature two fork holes for quick and flexible hook-up. The outer fork hole is offset outward, providing additional width—ideal for axle or frame lifts. By switching the receiver from the passenger side to the driver side, you can reduce the space between receivers for a narrower setup. This heavy duty wrecker lift fork kit includes 9 sets of cast forks. This is the towing fork kit which comes standard when purchasing a new Century or Vulcan Heavy Duty Wrecker. This new axle cover kit fits the Greyhound buses with a 10 bolt axle hub. It has a raised center for clearance and comes with a plastic spacer to accomodate the longer mounting studs.

This zinc-plated steel replacement pull pin secures the kingpin on fifth wheel plate attachments for Zip's HD Underreach Towing Adapter.
