Drop forged load binder with coil spring takes up slack in chain and acts as a shock absorber. Great for use when hauling rubber tire vehicles. Drop forged grab hooks attached to 360? swivels at both ends. For use with 3/8" grade 43 chain & 5/16" grade 70 chain. Working load limit: 5400 lbs.
