This 11" wide tensioner is easy to install and keeps your cable from free spooling. It will fit Ram sey 8,000 lb. worm style winches on Century Car Carriers. This part can be used to replace Part Number 124001329.  

This is a replacement Parker winch motor from Miller Industries. It is used on the hydraulic assembly of car carriers and wreckers equipped with 8,000 lb. winches. This winch motor is commonly used on hydraulic worm winches, such as Ramsey Winches. This motor is used on Century, Chevron, Champion, Challenger, Holmes, and Vulcan Car Carriers. This 8.5" Heavy Duty Roller Fairlead from Miller Industries is for Century, Challenger, Champion and Vulcan Carrier Beds with a Ramsey Worm Style Winch. This fairlead fits 10 Series, 15 Series, 20 Series, 12 Series LCGs and 16 Series LCGs. This roller fairlead is designed to reduce cable wear, especially on sharp angle pulls. Avoid conflict with passing motorists when free spooling your car carrier or side puller winch line with Zip's Custom Ditch Side Drum Release. This mechanical device allows the operator to safely engage or dis-engage the winch drum from the passenger side of the truck, keeping the driver out of the lane of travel. This 11" Cable Tensioner is for use with 1/4" - 1/2" wire rope and drum sizes 10" - 11". Cable tensioners have a spring-loaded design that provides constant tension on the winch cable. This eliminates a slack cable condition and improves the winding of the cable on the drum. The rollers are high carbon steel with bronze bushings for long service life. The vertical rollers prevent the cable from rubbing the sides of the drum.
