Miller Offset Chain Hook Adapters

In conjunction with the newly introduced Dual Fork Holders, we are also introducing a new Offset Chain Hook Adapter that is specific to the dual fork holders #12-09020774. These new offset chain hook adapters do NOT work with single fork receivers and they are the only chain hook adapter that fits the new dual fork holders. The existing chain hook adapter (124002229) will not work with the dual fork holders.
