Miller Wheel Lift Tilt Cylinder Vulcan 896 / 897

This is the Wheel Lift Tilt Cylinder on the Vulcan 896 and 897 Series light duty wreckers by Miller Industries. This is the cylinder that tilts the wheel lift up and down on your wrecker.
